Bathrooms are adorned with pristine white chinaware complemented by chic CP fittings for a contemporary look and feel. Toughened glass, 6mm thick and above, ensures safety and durability in all glass work while electrical fittings and fixtures are not provided, the conducting and wiring details feature PVC conducting paired with copper wiring for efficient electrical systems.
The water storage facilities include a 300KL fire tank, 150KL domestic tank, 150KL raw water tank, and a 310KL recycled water tank, ensuring ample supply for various needs.
